Area Student Director for Pennsylvania
The position of Area Student Director for Pennsylvania is remote, but preference will be given to a candidate within commuting distance to Lancaster, PA. Occasional travel within your territory and abroad may be required.

Area Student Director Qualifications:
- Motivated by the AHLI mission to place students in Christian homestays where they will experience the love of Christ
- A love for international students and diverse cultures
- Able to access networks of potential host families or recruit and maintain people who can access such networks
- Proficient communicator to maintain positive working relationships with agents, coordinators, host families and schools
- Detail oriented, yet flexible to balance multiple students across multiple schools
What does an Area Student Director do?
- Recruit and Oversee Area Student Coordinators
- Identify and verify appropriate host families
- Develop new school locations
- Identify additional support staff, such as ELL Teachers
- Implement student discipline, when necessary
- Provide emergency response and conflict resolution

Part-Time Finance Assistant
Position Overview
The Finance Assistant position is a part-time role supporting the Finance Director with day-to-day tasks in the Finance Department. The Finance Assistant will also assist the Executive Director with tasks related to student, coordinator, and homestay communications.
This is a flexible position starting at 12-16 hours per week. The Finance Assistant will be required to commute to the AHLI office in Lancaster.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Account reconciliation
- Account Payable entries
- Account Receivable entries
- Assembling and sending welcome packets
- Creating and sending Student ID cards
- Sending thank you notes to homestays
- Other duties as assigned
